Elephants, like people, are known for their strength, empathy, and resilience.

Welcome to my psychotherapy practice.

If you have found yourself on this site you or someone you love may be looking for relief from mental, emotional, or relational suffering. You have come to the right place.

Seeking help is a sign of strength and resilience. While it is not always easy, the suffering we endure on a daily basis is too often more lonely, painful, and daunting than need be. Whether your pain is the result of past traumas, overwhelm with life's many responsibilities, addictions, relational discord, or most often a combination of several factors, there is hope toward healing and finding peace within and among those around us. I am honored to have the privilege of helping guide people through these dark spaces.

Elephants, like people, are known for their strength, empathy, and resilience.

We, as people, have a tendency to get stuck in our patterns of feeling, thinking, and being that can make it difficult to imagine being any other way. Much of the time our feelings such as fear, guilt, shame, anger, grief, sadness, stress, and worry can seem impossible to manage on our own. Our self defeating habits and faulty coping styles too often get in the way of allowing us to live our day to day, minute to minute lives in a fulfilled, productive, and content way. I have had the pleasure of working with many people in the process of gaining insight and clarity by working together to uncover old beliefs and discovering new ways of relating and living. This collaboration has lead to lasting changes that have guided them toward healthier, happier lives.
